The home featured 3 to 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, a family room, a theater room, and a ton of well-selected upgrades that are standards with this particular builder.

In an earlier part of our tour we looked at the first floor living areas of this nicely-detailed home. The home has far more thoughtful touches than I’ve seen in any home in this price range in the city of Chicago.
