An update on Michigan Avenue’s Richelieu Flats

The full-floor fifth-floor unit at Richelieu Flats, 318 S Michigan Ave, has seen a price reduction of $100,000 to $1.265M since I shot the above sponsored video with Baird & Warner’s Millie Rosenbloom late last July.

The 4,300 square foot top-floor duplex unit, which includes a 1,000 square foot private terrace with the above view, is still listed at $2.3M as unfinished space.

The 5-unit boutique building takes its name from a luxury hotel that once occupied the space.
