I’ve made a number of visits to Union Row Townhomes, but never seen an E unit, the largest in the project. The units that were completed had all been sold. At the time of my visit completed, upgraded E units were among the very few remaining for sale.
Project manager Zev Salomon showed me around and talked about the project’s recent success, 16 sales this year, following substantial price cuts. The 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome we were viewing is currently priced at $499,900. In a companion segment we checked out the million dollar skyline views from the top-level deck.
