Today’s installment from our 565 Quincy tour took you inside unit #516, a one-bedroom / two-bath concrete loft with a den. To get a better sense of the space Mark and Carmen were walking through, I’ve tracked down the unit’s floor plan, which you can see at right.
The 1,167 square-foot floor plan can be found on the southern side of the building’s three loft levels, floors 5 through 7. As you can see in the floor plan at right, the unit’s master bedroom is a 15-2″ x 11′ space separated from the kitchen by a partial-height wall. At 11′ x 11-11″, the “multi-purpose” den could easily serve as a second bedroom — it has two closets and is just around the corner from the loft’s second full bath.
An 18-11″ x 5′ south-facing terrace is accessible from the living / dining area via a sliding door.
Unit #516 is currently priced in the $370s. Lofts at 565 Quincy range from the $250s for the least expensive “junior” one-bedroom to the $450s for the most expensive two-bedroom.
