Sergio & Banks‘ Melissa Govedarica has announced the pre-construction sellout of a 15-unit Noah Properties’ development at 4036-4046 N Western Ave in the North Center neighborhood.
The development included five 3-bedroom, 2 ½ bath duplex units and ten 2-bedroom, 2-bath single-floor units on the site. Duplex units were priced at $339,900 and single-floor units at $269,900 and $279,900, garage parking included.
Every Noah Properties’ development has a slightly different feel and finishes, but they all feature an “everything included” approach: luxury baths, upgraded appliances and kitchens with lots of cabinets, and granite or marble countertops.
The development is within the attendance boundaries for the popular Coonley School.
