I took this photo from the Grand Avenue overpass of the Kennedy Expressway on the way to the Yo office this morning. The view from Grand is pretty similar to the photo Joe Zekas recently posted from the Ohio Street on-ramp, the most noticeable difference being that this one features RDM Development‘s Trio, which is currently under construction at 660 W Wayman St in the Fulton River District.
Most of the photos that we’ve posted of Trio have been of the development’s two mid-rises, because those buildings were constructed first. Now that it’s inching skyward, we’re starting to get an idea of how the 22-story high-rise will fit into the skyline as well. As I mentioned last week, deliveries on the condos in the Trio high-rise are set to begin in spring 2009.
