The last half dozen “new” listings I’ve looked at in the northern suburbs have all been on and off the market for at least 3 years.

The 6,500 square foot, 8-bedroom, 5 ½ bath home boasts a number of unusual features, including 4 Subzeros, 4 washers, 3 dryers and a locker room. The listing mentions a “kids playground in back” but doesn’t mention the Walgreens loading dock in back.
The home is priced at $899,000.
