Renters must take occupancy by March 31, 2015 to qualify for the free rent offer.

K2, 365 N Halsted in the Fulton River District, is offering a month’s free rent on all studio to 3-bedroom apartments.
The LEX, 2138 S Indiana in the South Loop, is offering the second month’s rent free for new residents who apply within 24 hours of their first tour and move in to a 2-bedroom, 2-bath or 1-bedroom plus den. This offer expires shortly, so contact the leasing office.
Park Michigan, 1212 S Michigan in the South Loop, has a 1-bedroom available for mid-March occupancy for $1,465 a month.
