Buyers looking to beat the April 30 home buyer tax credit deadline have a few home auction options to consider over the next three weeks. They include:
- April 11: Rick Levin & Associates auctioing seven condos in the 400 block of East 81st Street and three condos in the 5600 block of South Prairie Avenue. Crowne Plaza Chicago Metro Hotel, 733 W Madison St.
- April 25: Jameson Real Estate and Fine & Co auctioning at least 15 condos at 1400 Lake Shore Drive (pictured), 1400 N Lake Shore Dr. Doubletree Hotel Chicago, 300 E Ohio St.
- April 25: Rick Levin & Associates auctioning a four-flat and coachhouse in the 4400 block of South Honore Street and 40 condos at the Woods at Countryside, 975 Sterling Ave in Palatine. Hyatt Rosemont, 6350 N River Rd in Rosemont.
- April 29: Sheldon Good & Company auctioning 25 condos at Market Street West, 8696 Archer Ave in Willow Springs. Auction location not announced.
