DeGrazia Development Co. is building 78 townhomes on the southern edge of the Calumet Heights neighborhood. Ground has broken on the first phase of Arbor Park Townhomes, 2505 E 95th St, according to a news release from the company.
Units have three bedrooms and 2.5 baths, and span 2,400 to 3,250 square feet. Attached garages and unfinished basements are included. Vision Group Realty & Marketing, which is selling the units, has them priced from the $260s to the $320s.
