Are Chicago bathrooms ready for colorful commodes?

We’ve seen some awfully funky bathrooms in our day, but we’ve yet to see one of these hip, multicolored toilets from Japan in a Chicago bathroom. Apartment Therapy pointed us to the Japanese company Satis, which sells the special line of colored toilets, including some with a high-backed design. Most of the folks commenting at Apartment Therapy aren’t buying it, but what do yo’all think? Will the rainbow john ever catch on in Chicago?
