It’s been a little over three years since we last wrote about Harbour Point Estates, Chicago’s only trailer park a/k/a manufactured home community. The Hegewisch property was in foreclosure at the time.
Chicago Real Estate Daily is reporting that affiliates of Marc Realty acquired the property last year and want to increase the number of homes on the site to 747 from the current 190. 747’s a resonant number for a mobile home community.
