The Aqua Celebration Event, which I attended yesterday, drew 100s of affable, enthusiastic home buyers. Buyer’s remorse is a real phenomenon, but there was no sign of it at this upbeat party, despite the fact that the market has changed radically from three years ago when many of the buyers inked their contracts.
There was also little evidence of the “analysis paralysis” that’s afflicting many home buyers today. You’ll see from the video above just how much I enjoyed this interview. And you’ll also see how powerful a draw Jeanne Gang‘s vision was for many of the buyers at Aqua.
