If you have long exposure to real estate marketing you’ll be unaffected by claims that the 2700 block of Lakewood is at “the heart of Lincoln Park” or that the corner of Diversey and Lakewood is “Lincoln Park’s most exclusive new addresses.” You’ll simply roll your eyes and focus on what’s for sale there — as you should.
Row 2750 on the southwest corner of Diversey and Lakewood is well along in construction, as is a development on the southeast corner. There appears to be little progress on the single-family home sites, just to the south, on two of the largest parcels of vacant land in Lincoln Park.
