This one’s going out at the request of Yo reader the urban politician: here’s a look at 3924 S Western Blvd, where a six-unit condo building that looks like an extremely poor man’s Aspen 6 is going to squeeze itself in next to a bunch of little bungalows. We spoke with agent Ernesto Garcia at Puma Realty Group, and he told us that none of the single-family homes next door would be getting the axe to make way for the condos. It looks like the building will instead spill into another lot to the right. Two- and three-bedroom condos are priced from the low $300s, and there’s no word yet on when the development will break ground.
