The unsold units at Baer Lofts in Bucktown have started creeping back onto the market — a couple showed up on the MLS in June, another in July, and now two today.
Among the five currently listed by Robert John Anderson of Baird & Warner are a one-bedroom with 925 square feet, priced in the $270s, three two-bedrooms with 1,250 square feet, priced from the $250s to $350s, and a three-bedroom with 1,400 square feet, priced in the $390s. In mid-2008, as the building was nearing completion, one-bedrooms with less than 900 square feet started in the $270s, two-bedrooms started in the $350s, and that lone three-bedroom was listed in the $550s.
In old posts about Baer Lofts, we described the concrete homes at 1927 N Milwaukee Ave as having new Hanak cabinets, stone countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and Grohe, Toto, and Kohler fixtures. All but one unit in the building has a balcony or terrace.
