Over at his lively Chicago Real Estate Local blog, Prudential Rubloff’s Eric Rojas has been surveying home prices in sought-after “buzz” elementary school districts.
Eric recently focused on North Center’s Coonley School district, which saw 51 single-family home sales in the past 12 months. He also looked at the long-popular Bell School neighborhood, where 20 homes sold in the past 12 months.
