Mike Stern’s Koenig & Strey office in Evanston is just around the corner from the intersection of Prairie & Central, one of my favorite locations on Chicago’s North Shore
The location vies with most of Chicago’s best as a convenient, pedestrian-friendly venue rich in shops, restaurants, parks and convenience to public transportation.
Mike took me on a walking tour of the area this morning, with stops at Jacky’s restaurant, Prairie Joe’s restaurant, and Independence Park. The popular annual Garden Fair will be held this weekend, May 21st and 22nd, in the park.
