The leasing office for Marquee at Block 37 is located on the third floor (next to Latinicity) at Block 37, 108 North State Street. Office hours are 9 am to 6 pm weekdays, from 10 to 5 on Saturday, and 11 to 5 on Sunday. After June 1, the leasing office will relocate to 25 W Randolph.
The pool deck at the new Marquee at Block 37 is a great vantage point to survey the scene at the Daley Plaza farmers’ market, which opened for the season on Thursday, May 12.
Block 37 is bordered on the east by Macy’s, on the west by Daley Plaza, on the north by the downtown theater district, and on the south by the landmark Reliance Building, Walgreens, Mediterranean Grill and Lavazza Espression.
