Boulevard Townhomes on Drexel, 3993 S Drexel Blvd, is almost sold out, with only two townhomes reamining. Featuring the usual oak hardwood floors and marble bathrooms, the stand-out feature for us (in our rent-check-writing grumpiness) is the ground-floor bedroom that seems picture perfect for a disaffected twentysomething kid still living with the parents.

Check out the full bathroom and walk-in closet (and easy access to the garage for trips out to Burger King) and notice the lack of separation between the bedroom and the rest of the space (ie no hallways). That means the whole living space of the ground floor is essentially built for one. The three- or four-bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhomes are priced from the $420s (but let the ‘rents worry about that).
