Check out the full bathroom and walk-in closet (and easy access to the garage for trips out to Burger King) and notice the lack of separation between the bedroom and the rest of the space (ie no hallways). That means the whole living space of the ground floor is essentially built for one. The three- or four-bedroom 3.5-bathroom townhomes are priced from the $420s (but let the ‘rents worry about that).

I’m no expert but I have worked here for 7 years and I am pretty sure that putting a FURNACE IN A BEDROOM CLOSET is a big no-no. I certainly hope nobody from the building department is looking for a condo in the area or those last couple of units could be going /really/ cheap.
