Bridgeport Place offers true lofts, fast food

Lofts at Bridgeport Place

A third development in the hotbed at 35th and Morgan streets is Dubin Residential‘s The Lofts at Bridgeport Place. This 158-unit loft conversion may have the edge on the other developments at the intersection: residents won’t even have to cross the street to load up on hot dogs and Polish. Of course, 35th Street heading east toward U.S. Cellular Field is chock-a-block with local fast food joints, but Bridgeport Place also has a leg up with buyers looking for “true lofts.”

One- and two-bedroom lofts in the building (units with dens are also available) have 11-foot ceiling heights, eight-foot windows, and exposed brick and ductwork. The development also has a rooftop deck with a gas grill, a business center, a community room, door staff, and, of course, a fitness center to work off the delicacies from Chicago Food Courts.

Prices at The Lofts at Bridgeport Place range from the mid-$200s to the mid-$500s.
