The Web site for 200 North Dearborn is encouraging buyers to “give us your worst offer.”

  • American Invsco — enough said. All one needs to know about this country is that not one person from that sham of a company is in jail.

    RIP 200 N Dearborn.

  • old hickory,

And all one apparently needs to know about you is that you’re an anonymouse who accuses people of criminal acts while supplying no evidence. I was raised to consider that lowlife behavior, and I do.

If you have evidence of criminal conduct, state it; otherwise you’ll find CribChatter a more hate-friendly venue for this sort of slur.

  • Actually, the one bedrooms start at $177,700 and go to the low $300s and the two bedrooms go from $272,900 to the high $300s. But like the ad says, any decent offer will work so expect significant reductions from even those prices.

  • Hey, Joe.

While we’re sharing walks down memory lane, I’ll let you know how I was raised.

I was raised to be suspicious of people who’ve made tens of millions off the backs of their clients who’ve lost about the same amount. I guess you were raised to call that success.

Simple question — What value has American Invsco created?

I’ll answer it for you — they’ve created none. Not only that, but they’ve destroyed tons of it all across this country. American Invsco is a pump and dump at its finest.

I can’t help it that you don’t have time in the day to Google them and read for a few hours, but I also know you choose not to. The ties to Countrywide, Corus probably mean nothing to you. All just one big coincidence of complete and utter failure for unfortunate honest businessmen who never saw the bust coming and were just trying to make an honest buck! and boy did they make a few.

Me showing you the obvious facts won’t do anything for a guy who doesn’t want to see them.

  • old hickory,

I was raised to have the same susspicions, and to have a decent regard for facts. Pity you missed out on the latter part.

I’ve been very familiar with American Invsco since 1974, so have no need to Google the company, nor am I defending it. If I were so inclined, I could point you to developments where 1,000s of buyers have had a successful experience with American Invsco over the years.

There’s a huge difference between questionable marketing practices and criminal acts. Charging criminal behavior is a serious matter that should be left to serious people. You’re obviously not one of them, since you ducked my challenge to back up your charge with facts.

  • Matthew,

Thanks for the correction. I missed the fact that I was looking at the original rather than the current price list.
