The second video from my property tour with Baird & Warner‘s Meg Kravitz spotlights the Bryn Mawr Terrace Condominiums, a new development in Budlong Woods northwest of Lincoln Square. The project features 24 units; selling picked up in October after the developer MLG Construction lowered the price points.
