Are you ready for a new home, but still stuck with your old one? Buy at Lexington Square in Bridgeport or Lexington Park in Des Plaines, and Marketplace Homes will agree to a Guaranteed Lease for your current home for up to six years.
The lease is guaranteed, meaning owners will receive a payment every month, even if there isn’t a tenant. In the meantime, Marketplace Homes will handle the home’s utilities, maintenance, and repairs.
And if Marketplace Homes buys or sells the home during the term of the lease, the owner will get 100% of the asking price.
Lexington Square’s three- and four-bedroom rowhomes, located near 37th and Sangamon streets in Bridgeport, feature granite countertops, hardwood floors, high ceilings, private roof decks with skyline views, and two-car garages.
Right now, Lexington Homes is offering two specially priced rowhomes that are still open to customization: a Grant Elite floor plan priced in the $370s, and a Buckingham floor plan priced in the low $400s. Each has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and the Grant-style home has an option for a fourth.
Lexington Park, located near Western and Harding avenues in Des Plaines, offers three townhome styles ranging from 1,605 to 1,913 square feet. Each three-story home has two or three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and attached two-car garages, and options allow for additional powder rooms.
The homes are base-priced from $239,990 to $259,990.
