maps.google.com: its this cool (and free!) website that allows you to see both flat and satellite views of a property. It makes it quite easy to tell if a property is, say, 300′ from a major street or next to a nuclear waste disposal plant. Often times it is even included right in the listing! If a buyer using the internet is not using this and all resources available to him or her, it is not a limit to the information available on the internet, but a limit to the intelligence of the user.
