Since moving into Jameson‘s stable of new-construction properties earlier this year, 55 condos at Silver Tower have gone under contract, and 27 have closed, says Realtor Associate Lindsey Delrahim.

This spring Jameson introduced new prices (PDF) for all of Silver Tower’s unsold condos. Ranges for the buildings’ home types include:

• One-bedroom / one-baths with 728 to 947 square feet, priced from the $230s to $330s, down from the $280s to $450s.
• One-bedroom / two-baths with 930 square feet, priced from the $270s to $300s, down from the $350s to $400s.
• Two-bedroom / two-baths with 1,080 to 1,138 square feet, priced from the $350s to $460s, down from the $370s to $600s.
• Three-bedroom / 2.5-baths with 1,793 to 1,810 square feet, priced from the $620s to $680s, down from the $790s.

The 40-story, Hartshorne Plunkard-designed high-rise at 303 W Ohio St features a 24-hour door staff, a sky lobby with common sundeck and community room, a fitness center, on-site property management and engineer, resident storage lockers, and ground-level retail spaces.
