In this final video of my interview with Carol Dorsey of Prudential SourceOne Realty, we discuss some of the basic differences between buying a condo before or after the building has been constructed. We also talk about the impact that investors and rental units can have on a condo development, and becoming involved when the condo association takes over the building.
