Crain’s Chicago Business, in a current article (behind the paywall) on Belgravia Group founder Buzz Ruttenberg ’s 70th birthday celebrations, reveals that Ruttenberg has acquired control of and plans to complete CA23, a West Loop development initiated by his son Geoff.

Buzz Ruttenberg mentioned the CA23 acquisition in passing in a video interview with me last week in which he sketched the reasons why he envisions development in the city progressing westward from established areas rather than north or south.
