CA23 is down to the final four in the West Loop

Crews are on target to enable late December delivery of units at Phase II of CA23, which is under construction at 23 N Carpenter in the West Loop.

As of this writing, 20 of the 24 units are under contract and buyers are beginning to select their finishes at the on-site design center.

The four remaining 1,900 square foot 3-bedroom, 3-bath homes are priced from $499,900 to $574,900. The units feature private elevators, 11-foot ceilings, private balconies (one with a terrace), large room sizes, a single-floor layout, secure garage access and great views.
