Residents, prospective residents and invited guests celebrated the recent unveiling of a newly-revamped lobby and lounge at the Atwater apartments in Streeterville.
Atwater opened less than six years ago, but has been updating and upgrading its apartments and common areas to maintain its status as one of the neighborhood’s most sought-after communities.
The lobby has been expanded and opened up. The 24/7 door / concierge station was relocated closer to the entrance, and leasing and management offices were moved just behind the concierge station.
A new business center is just beyond the office area. It has computer work stations, a conference room, a printer and coffee service.
The inner lobby has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and a wall of windows looking out into the landscaped drive court.
Atwater’s 12th floor resident lounge / party room is adjacent to the pool deck and the fitness center.
The spacious lounge has been completely revamped to accommodate the varied ways in which residents use the space.
There’s a bar and catering kitchen with adjacent tables.
The far end of the lounge has a billiards table and a media room in a separate wing, enabling the space to be incorporated in larger social events or accommodate a more intimate gathering.
Available studios at Atwater rent from $1,854 to $2116, convertibles from $2,209 to $2,334, 1-bedrooms from $2,132 to $2988, 2-bedroom, 2-baths from $3,318 to $3,698. A 3-bedroom is available for $5,800 a month.
