Incentives for homebuyers seem to abound in a slower market. An Oakbrook-based marketing company, HomePerks, LLC, has launched HomePerks.com, an online business that that aims to make it easier to get and give incentives. Developers and agents (or anyone selling a home) can buy rewards points, which buyers can redeem for items in HomePerks’ online catalog – such as trips to the British Isles, jogging strollers, laptops, blenders and the soundtrack to the movie 300, to name a few.
