Checking in on 740 Fulton

There was a time not too long ago when some folks felt Yo was paying too much attention to 740 Fulton, the Thrush Cos‘ tower overlooking the Kennedy Expressway. Maybe we haven’t devoted enough time to the project lately, however, because Yo reader Cindy e-mailed us on Monday with a request for an update.

Well, Cindy, deliveries began at 740 W Fulton St in June and construction came to an end in the fall. The building is about 70 percent sold at this point – 37 of the building’s one- to two-bedroom / one- to two-bath condos are still for sale at prices ranging from the $300s to $600s, and three available three-bedroom / two- to 2.5-bath penthouses are priced in the $800s, says Keller Williams Realtor Chuck Gullett. As you’ll notice from our last post about 740 Fulton (dated Aug. 9, 2007), things really haven’t changed at all.

Each home comes with at least one parking spot, Gullett says. All but two units are ready for immediate delivery.

Feel free to watch all three parts of Yo’s tour of 740 Fulton with former Thrush Companies president and CEO David Chase.
