Chicago deal of the day: 5% off at Cityscape Condominiums

For the rest of December, buyers at Cityscape Condominiums at 3905 – 3935 N. Western Ave. can take 5 percent off the purchase price – that’s on top of the free parking that Yo wrote about last year. The current plan has 42 two- and three-bedroom units (down from 86 at one point) starting in the mid-$300s.

The project is in Saint Ben’s, a snazzy neighborhood south of Lincoln Square, and features heated garage parking and elevator access, which should make it easy to bring in your Ikea furniture.

Century 21 Sussex & Reilly is marketing the available units, and Westward Development Co. and I&M Construction are the developers.

EDIT: We mistakenly identified the sales center (3918 N. Western Ave.) as the location of the development. The project is actually on the east side of Western Avenue.
