Twenty Nine Thirty Sheridan Tower, a 22-story condo conversion at 2930 N Sheridan Rd, is offering buyers a $5,000 closing cost credit through Sept 30. One-bedroom condos at the development are priced from the $230s and two-bedroom two-bath units are priced from the $320s.
Genna Hill, of @properties, is selling the units.
We posted on the 252-unit Sheridan Tower project in May, and commenters seemed wary of Kroupa Development, though not as wary as when we posted on the Lakeview East tower back in January.
