Ruttenberg Capital Managment is offering a $5,000 credit to buyers of the remaining two- and three-bedroom units at Hubbard Street Lofts, 1050 W Hubbard St. The timber lofts have stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors and private balconies or terraces. The developer holds an open house every Sunday from 1-3pm, but I’m guessing sales center traffic will be a little lower this Sunday. Go Bears!
