Chicago deal of the day: Affordable units at Century Tower

American Invsco is offering affordably-priced units to the last 20 buyers at its conversion high-rise project, Century Tower, 182 W Lake St.

“If you are a single person earning $52,800 or less, or a two-person household earning less than $60,300, you can purchase a studio condominium priced at about $133,000,” says Tom Kearns, project manager for American Invsco. “Buyers with good credit who qualify for the program are eligible to purchase with zero downpayment.”
