The last three penthouse condos at Drexel Parc Lofts, 4537 S. Drexel Ave., are priced to sell from Sutherland Pearsall Development Corp.
Units start at $309,000, which includes parking at the 7-story, 59-unit development. That’s significantly less expensive than the $324,000 per unit quoted in March, when YoChicago took a peek at the project.
The condo conversion effort wrapped up last year; previous to that, the circa-1895 building housed a nursing home. Units feature exposed ductwork and open floor plans, with hardwood floors in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchens have Canac cabinets, Moen faucets and granite counters.
