Chicago deal of the day: Discounts, incentives at Lake Park Crescent

Draper and Kramer is cutting between $5,000 and $27,000 from the price of certain market-rate homes at Lake Park Crescent, a mixed-income community of 68 condos, rowhomes and rental units located on a site bounded by Lake Park and Oakenwald avenues and 40th and 41st streets. Before the discount, the homes are priced from $199,800 to $751,800. The homes range from one-bedroom condos to three-bedroom duplex units and three-bedroom rowhomes. The developer is offering a $27,000 discount on a three-bedroom duplex condo that was originally priced at $476,800. Draper and Kramer is also taking $5,000 off a one-bedroom unit that was originally $199,800.
Buyers will receive a $14,000 discount at the development’s three remaining rowhomes, which were originally priced in the $740s and $750s.

At selected residences, the developer is also offering various incentives such as a year of paid assessments, free upgrades and a free washer and dryer.
