Provence Development is offering buyers a choice of free upgrade packages at Prairie Station’s Aristocrat Tower, a 24-story high-rise planned for 2039 S Prairie Ave. Buyers can choose three of 11 packages, each valued at about $7,500, according to Lauren Mautner, a sales associate with marketing firm Garrison Partners. The packages cover a range of upgrades including spa bathrooms with radiant-heated floors, trim and kitchen finishes.
Aristocrat Tower, which has been on the market since August 2005, is 25 percent sold, Mautner says. Prices on remaining units range from the $190s to $1.5 million. Deliveries are slated for early 2009.
