DeGrazia Development Co. is offering a year of free assessments and a $2,000 Crate & Barrel gift card to all new buyers at Morgan Street Lofts in Bridgeport, according to John Perseghin, sales manager for Vision Group Realty & Marketing, which is marketing the project exclusively.
The six-story building, 3531 S Morgan St, is 70 percent sold, according to developer Anthony DeGrazia. The 60 one- and two-bedroom loft-style condos have balconies and 709 to 1,058 square feet. Prices on the remaining units range from $196,200 to $300,400, according to Perseghin. Heated indoor parking is $24,000, and outdoor parking is $17,000.
Morgan Street Lofts also has commercial space on the ground floor. A Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches opened there in late June, a news release from DeGrazia notes.
