Ace Developer is offering one year of free assessments and half off closing costs on Augusta Place, according to Cera Stan, a Major Enterprises sales agent who is marketing the project.
The conversion, located at 2701 W Augusta Blvd in Humboldt Park, has nine two-bedroom condos with one or two baths.
The units feature Ernida cabinetry, stone counters and baths, hardwood floors and in-unit washers and dryers. The building also has a rooftop deck, individual basement storage units and a bike room.
The conversion is scheduled to be completed by September, and two of the units have sold so far, Stan says.
Prices at Augusta Place start in the $200s.
