Ranquist Development is slashing $10,000 to $20,000 from the price of the six remaining homes at Bridgeport Commons, a collection of 21 single-family homes located along a new extension of South Canal Street at 37th and Normal streets.
The remaining homes have four bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Five have 3,500 square feet and one has 4,100 square feet. Designed by Morgante-Wilson Architects Ltd., the brick houses feature Arts and Crafts architectural influences and wood detailing. The three-level dwellings all have two-car attached garages.
Before the discount, the houses were priced from the $620s to the $740s.
