Back in May, we posted on price cuts at Lincoln Crossing, Lettvin Development Company’s new five-story building at 5558 N Lincoln Ave. We got word recently that steep discounts are still available on the six condos that remain for sale at the 35-unit project.
Two-bedroom, two-bath units with dens start at $309,900 (that includes one parking space). The same units were priced starting at $357,900 in May.
Two penthouses, with two bedrooms, two baths, dens and two included parking spaces, are selling for $499,900. Penthouses were $559,900 and $569,900 back in May.
One-bedrooms are sold out.
