American Invsco is offering buyers of units at The Private Residences at Ontario Place a free indoor deeded parking space that the developer has valued at $46,000. The Gammonley Group is dangling a free heated parking space priced at $35,000 at the 247-unit 1111 S Wabash in the South Loop. The six remaining condos are priced from the $430s to $1.5 million.
Jameson Realty Group is trying to entice buyers to a handful of developments. The next five purchasers at the Lincoln Park development Wilton Schubert Condominiums will receive $15,000 off a $30,000 parking space. Buyers of selected units will receive a rental parking space paid through to January 2008 at Eastwood Court Condominiums, a 32-unit vintage rehab.
