If you’re a regular visitor to Chicago Magazine’s website, you might have noticed how good Dennis Rodkin’s videos are looking these days. His latest features a tour through The Columbian‘s unit 4101, a 3,483 square-foot condo running the full length of the tower’s eastern side, priced at $1.89 million. Among the 18 developer units and resales listed at The Columbian are a couple of 844 square-foot one-bedrooms priced the $220s and $290s, two-bedrooms with 1,230 to 1,803 square feet, priced from the $360s to $1.09 million, and three-bedrooms with 1,814 to 2,438 square feet, priced from the $690s to $1.09 million. (Three of the resales are listed for significantly less than their 2007 sale prices.) At least 14 units have sold in the past six months, and at least five are under contract.
