The 15th annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards were held at the Hyatt Regency yesterday afternoon, honoring individuals, organizations and architects that have made a positive impact in neighborhood development. In observance of the Burnham Plan centennial, the theme of the ceremony was “New Beginnings: Make No Small Plans.”

Outstanding For-Profit Neighborhood Real Estate Project Award: DL3 Realty for the Roseland Medical Center
Award for Architectural Excellence in Community Design:
- First Place: Studio Gang Architects for SOS Children’s Villages Lavezzorio Community Center
- Second Place: LCM Architects for Access Living headquarters
- Third Place: Kennedy King Architects for Kennedy King College
