Sales have just opened for 24 townhomes and 12 “live / work spaces” at Westhaven Park, the mixed-income development on the former Henry Horner Homes CHA development on the site bounded by Oakley Boulevard, Lake Street, Washington Boulevard and Hermitage Avenue. The new phase is made up entirely of market-rate homes, according to a spokesperson for the development consortium, Brinshore-Michaels.
We’re still waiting on prices for the townhomes but the three-story live / work spaces are priced in the $590s (more on these units in a later post). The sales office, at 140 Wood St, is open Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 pm.
