Chicago real estate broker launches broadcast media campaign

In a new media environment for real estate brokers, we’re seeing a lot of new marketing channels open up, not the least of which is one of the oldest – TV and radio. Though previously uncommon for all but the largest national franchises with the biggest budgets, market segmentation of today’s broadcast media make this type of campaign achievable.

This weekend, Koenig & Strey Real Living is beginning a spring campaign using cable television stations like HDTV, CNN, FOX, the OWN and the Big 10 Network along with radio spots on WXRT and WBBM.

The spots focus on ‘home’ and Take a watch and a listen.
