Although its granite counters might seem ho-hum in today’s market, the gourmet chef’s kitchen features a top-of-the-line Sub-Zero refrigerator and a stainless steel Wolf oven range. All five of the bathrooms feature marble. The living room has an actual wood-burning fireplace – none of that gas-flame nonsense. This luxury castle-in-the-city also features four private terraces and a two-car garage. Film afficianados will be happy to hear that there’s a projection room.
