Some time back a local skeptic called out Chicago’s boast of becoming the “greenest city in America” as a “total public relations fraud.”

According to the just-released US and Canada Green City Index, a research project sponsored by Siemens, Chicago ranked number 11.

It’s not that easy bein’ green.
